We do have 3 Carts available and 6 Tricycles, this allows us to comfortably cater for larger numbers. On larger events we would recommend two carts / tricycles attending to cope with the numbers.  Please email us for a personal quote.

All the above prices include:

· Set up and service for 3 hours (additional hours can be arranged)

· Unlimited amount of ice cream for your guests

· Choice of 6 flavours of award winning ice cream

· Premium waffle cones and a selection of tasty toppings

· 1 or 2 members of trained uniformed staff ( dependent on number of guests )

At no extra cost we can customise our beautiful cart and uniforms to compliment any colour scheme. We can decorate with fairy lights for indoor or outdoor hire adding that extra bit of sparkle for any occassion.

Our prices are based on attending an event within 40 miles radius from our Maldon location - We will happily attend functions further afield, however there will be a small additional mileage charge - Please contact us for a specific quote if your outside the 40 mile radius - Our mileage costs are very reasonable and we are always prepared and pleased to offer our services over a wide area.

There are no hidden costs, prices are fully inclusive - Why not use us for your desert course!

Upon booking we require a £150 non refundable deposit which secures your date. The balance being due 14 days prior to the event.

We accept all major credit / debit cards and cheque payments. Alternatively you can pay directly into our bank account : Account Name - Events Factor Limited.  Number 13321584 / Sort Code 20-19-95.
